Experienced project delivery professional with a proven track record in driving complex business transformations and developing high performing teams across public and private sectors.

My core expertise spans project management, programme governance, scheduling, and team leadership, all supported by a strong technical foundation. I stay deeply connected to the industry through active participation in local user groups and a formal volunteering roles with The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) in London.

I bring a robust project delivery background, cultivated over a 12-year career with IBM Consulting. During this time, I successfully led complex transformation and delivery programs across diverse sectors, including financial services, public sector, and retail.

I am currently operating as a programme manager at BAE Systems where I am responsible for delivering IT change and capability uplifts in the SAP, PLM, data science, integration and business intelligence platforms.

I am formerly an Account Manager at Microsoft, where I oversaw Azure cloud migrations, M365 implementations and service delivery management within the public sector.

I am hold a number of delivery certifications including PMP, PRINCE2 and ITIL. I am also a Chartered Engineer (CEng). and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).

Passionate about delivering impactful work, I pride myself on being detail-oriented and cultivating authentic relationships within high-performing delivery environments.

I keep myself active with a number of outdoor interests, including - animal photography, motorcycling, hill walking and kayaking.
